For quite a while, Lindsay has been a tight-fisted ruler of the airwaves in the car, and trust me, the Kindermusik CD is only interesting for so long. You can imagine my surprise, therefore, when the request coming from the back driver’s seat was a cryptic “NA NA” song. Jenn happily wielded her iPod from the diaper bag, scrolled a bit, plugged it in, and… WHOA! It’s Gwen Stefani singing a rather upbeat ditty called “Rich Girl.” So pretty much, if it’s got a fast beat, she’s into it. Just like Mommy. Of course, we had to spend the ride home from church tonight with the Kindermusik CD on repeat for “Our Time.”
